He is the Registered Trademarks Agent under The Trade Marks Act, 1999. He started his Career in Corporate Sector with Listed Company – Delta Magnets Limited, part of Delta Corp Group as a Company Secretary of the Company where he gained wide experience and exposure in Corporate Laws. After employment, he started his own practice in April 2010 under the name and style” Dhrumil M. Shah & CO. LLP”

During his employment he gained experiance in various corporate restructring assignments such as Implementing Compliance system of Corporate Laws, Preferential Allotments, Indirect Listing under Securities Contracts (Regulation) Rules, 1957, QIP Issues, vetting and execution of Joint Venture Agreements, Merger Assignments etc. Mr Dhrumil M Shah has a total experiance over 8 years in Corporate Sector and Practice.
